Refund Policy
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and believe that the service we provided is faulty, wrongly described, different from a signed work order or brief / approval provided by yourself or does not do what it is supposed to do, you may write to us within 14 days of this transaction and consideration will be given to refunding either part or all of the purchase price.

Moffatt Consulting Pty Ltd would like to assure you that paying online with us is safe.
We have taken every possible measure to give absolute security to our customers. Our website uses the Stripe Gateway for all online credit card transactions.
