The Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB) is Australia’s largest equity capital raising platform for high-growth, unlisted companies (over $120M raised from investors to date).

What ASSOB wanted

Seven years ago ASSOB was seeking a new partner that could deliver systems that would allow them to maintain company and user profiles, videos, news and events via one central, secure system.

What TMD Online Delivered

We deployed a highly customised Content Management System, allowing ASSOB to update all information about their capital raising clients via one central system. Due to the complex nature of capital raising for Australian companies – there were a high number of fields, grids, data management issues and compliance regulations that required us to “think outside the square”.

We’ve also provided separate access so that investors can directly maintain their own information securely without having to go back to ASSOB and request changes.

Knowing how users interact with the site is also vital. As a result we built custom statistics and real-time reporting functionality into the site – allowing ASSOB to determine which investors are visiting respective company profiles and downloading prospectus / offer documents.

Having TMD Online as our web developer helps to ensures ASSOB is at the cutting edge of capital raising. We are in contact with TMD on a continuous basis to further develop the site and they always action modification requests and updates promptly and accurately. They also regularly provide proactive suggestions on how we can further improve the capital raising platform

Aside from website development, we also design, send and track at least two email campaigns per month to the ASSOB investor database (currently over 14,000 subscribers).

Due to the time sensitive nature of our investor email campaigns we often need to deliver content “last moment”. TMD turns these campaigns around for us immediately – thus ensuring we have the most accurate information about all the companies raising capital via ASSOB out to our investor database in a timely fashion”.
